2) What this policy covers

This policy applies to the website, account area, purchase flows, the generation process (prompts, reference images, outputs), support interactions, and public sharing on our Explore page.

3) Data we process

Account data: email, display name, password hash, VAT/tax number (if you enter it).

Transaction data: purchase amount, currency, billing country, VAT info, invoice details, masked payment info, timestamps.

Generations: prompts, optional reference files, model settings, and outputs.

Usage & device data: IP address, timestamps, pages/events, error logs, coarse location (from IP), cookie IDs.

Support data: messages and attachments related to assistance or reports.

Children: We do not target children. Where a child’s consent is relevant for information‑society services, local rules apply (e.g., DK 15; SE/FI 13).

4) Why we process data & legal bases (GDPR Art. 6, where applicable)

Provide the Service (contract): create/manage accounts, credit balances, render videos, store/deliver outputs, send receipts.

5) Generations: private vs public & retention

Private by default. Private items may be automatically deleted from our storage ~7 days after creation.

Public (Explore): only if you explicitly opt in. Public items remain until you unpublish or we remove them for policy/operational reasons.

If a generation is blocked by automated filters, the job is cancelled and credits are re‑granted. There is no routine human pre‑review.

Some model providers may embed invisible AI watermarking in outputs as a safety feature; we do not use this for user tracking.

6) How long we keep data

Account data: while your account is active; deleted or anonymised on request, subject to legal holds.

Invoices & records: typically 5 years from the end of the financial year (or longer where law requires).

Private generations: typically ≤7 days (operational window), then deletion from active storage.

Public generations: until you unpublish or request deletion.

Logs & security events: typically ≤12 months, longer if needed for incidents or legal reasons.

Support tickets: ≤24 months after closure unless needed longer for disputes.
